Job summary

Jabil in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to lead receiving, stockroom, shipping and related analysis. You will direct a team of Inventory Analysts and oversee processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and developing staff; establishing performance goals; driving cost reductions and continuous improvement; coordinating with Workcells and leadership to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3 years of experience, including supervisory exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire Inventory Control staff (Analysts).
• Coach and mentor Inventory Control staff and create succession plans.
• Establish measurable goals and monitor performance metrics for the team.
• Coordinate large team activities and ensure timely execution during crises.
