Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Richland, WA is seeking an Inventory Control Tech to compile and maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, and manage data related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products. The role supports accurate stock control and requires attention to detail in a fast-paced facility.

You will operate in temperature-controlled environments, lift up to 40 lbs, and use Microsoft Office; weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in -20°F cold or 100°F hot storage environments.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and reports.
• Determine stock supply and replenishment needs.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventories.
• Verify stock numbers and shipping orders using catalogs and product lists.
• Review files to identify unused items and advise disposal.
