Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an Inventory Control Lead at the Consolidated Service Center to coordinate a team of Inventory Control Specialists. The role focuses on inventory movement, control of product lines, and project execution in a high-energy environment.

You will lead process improvements, training, and ensure accuracy across the CSC operations. Shift is 11PM-7:30AM, Sunday night through Thursday night, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years warehouse inventory control experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Completes physical inventories, cycle counts, random audits and reconciliations.
• Maintains product identification and location program.
• Drives improvements in inventory accuracy and processes through root-cause analysis.
