Qualifications

• RN license in NM is required.
• Minimum two years of related nursing experience.
• Bachelor's degree may be preferred or required depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Assign nursing personnel to patients using independent judgment.
• Designate shift and schedule assignments; delegate duties per plan of care.
• Supervise staff, monitor attendance, and act as clinical resource.
• Ensure adequate staff to meet patient census and safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to promote quality care.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure policy adherence.
