Qualifications

• Associate/Diploma RN prepared with 2+ years of experience; BSN/MSN preferred.
• Active Ohio RN License; other state licensure may be required.
• Foreign graduates must have license validation per regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Sustain regulatory compliance and accreditation standards within the department and hospital.
• Support leadership in safety and compliance initiatives; ensure certifications and Safety College requirements are fulfilled.
• Document plan of care and patient outcomes; follow protocols and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; participate in shared governance and decision making.
• Demonstrate interprofessional practice and ethical, culturally inclusive patient care.
