Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection and report changes to RN/LPN; aid care plan under supervision.
• Assist admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Demonstrate basic nursing skills and use of simple equipment.
• Document nursing activities in medical records per standards.
• Follow safety, infection control, and unit policies.
• Report incidents and unsafe conditions to supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Participate in unit staff meetings and seek guidance as needed.
