Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Injection Molding experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes for efficiency, quality, and timeliness.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Maintain quality assurance and minimize defects.
• Allocate resources: labor, equipment, materials.
• Uphold workplace safety and enforce protocols.
• Maintain production records and relevant reports.
• Train and develop team members on best practices.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (lean/Six Sigma).
