Job summary

Impact Employment Solutions is seeking an Injection Molding Supervisor for a direct-hire role with a leading client in Canton, OH. The candidate will lead daily injection molding operations, ensure safe and timely production, and coordinate activities to meet customer requirements.

This role requires at least 5 years in injection molding manufacturing, 2 years supervising, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems. A high school diploma is required; plastics manufacturing training is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in injection molding manufacturing
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Basic computer proficiency incl. spreadsheets, production reporting, ERP/MRP systems
• High school Diploma or GED required
• Preferred training in plastics manufacturing or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead daily injection molding operations and ensure safe, efficient, and timely production
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet customer and business requirements
• Monitor production performance and schedule/prioritize jobs, machine utilization, mold changeovers, and staffing needs
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment meeting all company standards
• Support ERP/MRP system transactions and verify inventory accuracy and material availability
• Monitor cycle times, scrap, rework, downtime, and process performance with Quality, engineering, and maintenance teams
