Job summary

Configure is a family-owned plastic injection molding company with operations across five states, headquartered in Findlay, Ohio. The North Baltimore, OH location seeks a night-shift Injection Molder to operate and launch molds, train teammates, and drive productivity improvements.

Responsibilities include running UBE or similar machines, reducing cycle times, and ensuring first-piece quality. The role reports to the Production Manager and is integral to meeting production goals on a 7am–7:30pm

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment (standing long periods).
Must perform basic math.
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
Able to lift heavy boxes regularly.
Wittmann robot experience is a plus.
Able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor Injection Molding Machines (preferably UBE Electric or Hydraulic).
Launch new molds and secure first piece approval.
Implement productivity improvements to reduce cycle times.
Train teammates on procedures and mold changes to optimize uptime.
Maintain clean, organized work area and communicate with shifts and supervisors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
