Job summary

M&M Industries is seeking a Process Technician to operate and optimize injection molding machines, performing die, color, and material changeovers while maintaining quality and meeting production targets.

The role includes troubleshooting, mold trials, and detailed recordkeeping. Night shifts (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) rotate 2 on/2 off/3 on, with shift differentials for qualifying shifts and a clear path for career progression.

Qualifications

• Proficient mechanical aptitude and understanding of injection molding processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Comprehensive understanding of Food Safety, GMP, PRP, and HACCP requirements as they relate to food-contact packaging (where applicable).
• Basic understanding of decoupled molding (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and LOTO procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Set up and adjust injection molding machines and tooling for production runs.
• Monitor and optimize molding processes for quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot defects and equipment malfunctions; document changes.
• Perform mold and material changeovers with proper setup and communication.
