Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in injection molding or mold setup; hydraulic and electric machines experience.
• RJG Master Molder I/II or forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up molds, machines and auxiliary equipment for production runs.
• Adjust parameters to maintain part quality and meet specs.
• Start up and shut down molding machines per SOPs.
• Diagnose molding issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Inspect parts for defects and maintain process documentation.
• Monitor mold performance and support lean initiatives while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
