Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Restart and shutdown injection molding machines per schedule.
• Respond to machine alarms and escalate if needed within 15 minutes.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjust processes for quality.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures during maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of machine, platforms, and surrounding area.
• Record process parameters and run data in sheets and systems.
• Support color and resin changes within allotted times.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
