Polytainers Inc. is seeking a Molding – Mixer in Lee’s Summit, MO for night shift coverage in a 2-2-3 rotation. The role involves replenishing resin and pigment, performing resin/color changes, and supporting mold changes in a 24/7 production environment.

You will ensure material availability, document processes, and uphold safety standards while contributing to quality packaging production. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of experience, with

Qualificações

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of work experience.
• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good PC skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to carry, lift, and move up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Previous experience handling a skyjack would be an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Replenish molding materials (resin/pigment) and monitor levels.
• Perform resin/color changes and ensure proper storage of pigments.
• Perform resin change-overs and maintain cleanliness of magnets and filters.
• Complete documentation and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Troubleshoot material delivery lines and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and 5S, SQF, and Health & Safety rules.
