Pretium Packaging, L.L.C. is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for the night shift to keep production lines running smoothly and safely.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain blow molders, conveyors, and automated systems, ensuring high uptime and safety compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime, document maintenance activities, and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation systems.
• Proficient in reading technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Experienced in machine shop tools such as mills, lathes, grinders, welding, etc.
• Familiarity with CMMS software and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently or with a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all manufacturing equipment, including blow molders (EBM, SBM) machines, conveyors, packers, and automated systems.
• Handle situations requiring adaptation of response or extensive research.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using tools such as hand and power tools and PLC interfaces.
• Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance team members to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
• Ensure proper hand-off between shifts daily/nightly.
• Maintain end-of-shift reports and logs for maintenance.
• Keep CMMS equipment records up to date.
• Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Communicate issues effectively to team members and operations.
• Follow safety protocols including LOTO, GMP, and PPE.
