Qualifications

• Experience in industrial spray painting on metal surfaces.
• Abrasive blasting experience on large equipment or structures.
• Knowledge of metal surface preparation and industrial coating techniques.

Responsibilities

• Apply primers, color coats, and clear coats using spray equipment.
• Prepare metal surfaces through sanding, cleaning, masking, and bonding material application.
• Perform sandblasting and abrasive blasting on large metal components with industrial equipment.
• Apply decals and stickers to finished surfaces.
• Pressure wash locomotives and heavy equipment.
• Shovel, scrape, and remove sludge, dirt, and debris from locomotives.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures.
