Impact Workforce Solutions in Mayfield, KY is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter / Sandblaster for night shift to work on locomotives and heavy industrial equipment. You will train on day shift initially and then work Monday–Thursday, 8:00 PM–6:00 AM. Pay ranges from $19 to $23 per hour based on experience, with EOЕ considerations noted.

Qualifications

• Industrial painting experience on metal surfaces.
• Experience with spray guns and multi‑stage coating.
• Sandblasting experience on large equipment.
• Willingness to perform cleaning duties in dirty environments.
• Available for night shift training and the Monday–Thursday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Apply primer, color coats, and clear coats using spray equipment.
• Prepare metal surfaces via cleaning, sanding, masking, and bonding.
• Perform abrasive blasting on large components.
• Apply decals and stickers to finished surfaces.
• Pressure wash locomotives; shovel, scrape debris.
• Follow safety, maintain equipment, meet finish standards.
