Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food processing or manufacturing.
• Strong experience in electrical troubleshooting up to 480V (3-phase).
• Knowledge of AC/DC systems, PLCs, transformers, motor controls, Allen-Bradley components.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and work with technical diagrams and schematics.
• Experience repairing and maintaining industrial machinery and control systems.
• Basic welding and plumbing skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and overtime after training.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment to reduce downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams for accurate repairs and modifications.
• Safely work with high-voltage systems (up to 480V, 3-phase).
• Maintain and repair equipment including motors, pumps, conveyors, and packaging machinery.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and NEC standards.
• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance needs impacting production and safety.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation of repairs and parts used.
• Support facility maintenance tasks such as plumbing, welding, painting, and general repairs.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols during maintenance work.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
