Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and support manufacturing operations, maximizing production output through timely repairs and preventive maintenance. You will procure replacement parts, adhere to safety standards, and maintain building systems.

The role involves 12-hour night shifts (6 PM – 6 AM) on a fixed 4-3 rotation, with two schedule options. Compensation includes $30–$33/hour with a $1.50 night shift premium and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Technician or related role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong electrical background with emphasis around controls.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfort with a flexible schedule including 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair equipment as problems arise for machines and the building.
• Attend and participate in maintenance department and plant meetings.
• Assist in capital improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical issues.
• Make repairs in a timely manner, while working under pressure.
• Assist other departments with improvement projects.
• Complete required forms legibly.
