Responsibilities

• Inspects production equipment and estimates repair time.
• Repairs equipment by troubleshooting and replacing worn parts.
• Troubleshoots, installs, and replaces electrical components (motors, transformers, breakers, lights).
• Troubleshoots, installs, and replaces mechanical components (bearings, belts, shafts, gears).
• Constructs, moves, installs, and aligns plant equipment with safe practices.
• Logs repairs and parts used in the work order system.
• Repairs spare equipment and assists with spare parts management and tagging.
• Performs general facility maintenance (lighting, painting, filters).
• Monitors machine issues and informs management if extra resources are needed.
• Works extra shifts to support emergency repairs and breakdowns.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
