Job summary
Pennex in Leetonia, OH is seeking an Industrial Multiskilled Maintenance Technician for the night shift (6pm–6am) with rotating weekends. You will diagnose, repair, and prevent downtime across aluminum casting/extrusion operations, leveraging PLCs and mechanical/electrical systems. Requires 5+ years of maintenance experience and an AA/technical degree.

Qualifications
- Five+ years of related maintenance experience.
- Hands-on welding, hydraulics/pneumatics, and PLC knowledge.
- Electrical experience preferred; two–five years required.
Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls, triage breakdowns, and set repair priorities with plant leadership.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and electricals.
- Troubleshoot PLCs to restore equipment performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance on extrusion presses, furnaces, casting units, and related equipment.
- Close work orders in CMMS and maintain safe work environments.
