Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance technician for night shifts to support extrusion equipment and plant systems. You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, install components on extruders, and participate in capital projects to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

HSED diploma or GED minimum.
5 years’ experience in Industrial Maintenance.
Proficient in electrical troubleshooting up to 480 volts.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems duties as required.
Monitor and predict equipment state to prevent downtime and plan actions.
Install and setup barrels and screws on extruders with minimal supervision.
Complete welding and fabrication as needed and support capital projects.
Use Fiix to generate work orders, track labor and materials.
Conduct shift rounds to inspect critical equipment and ensure operational standards.
