Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings, a Westlake division, operates a 24/7 extrusion plant in the region. The Maintenance Technician will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshoot PLCs, and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime.

The role requires basic electrical and mechanical knowledge, and experience with diagnostic tools, multimeters, and reading electrical schematics. OSHA-10 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles and systems.
• Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and basic wiring.
• OSHA 10 certification and willingness to work in a 24/7 extrusion plant.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electromechanical systems.
• Cover emergency breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.
• Document maintenance activities per company protocols.
