Johns Manville in Milan, OH is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment on a 12-hour night shift. You will help minimize downtime and improve reliability through preventive maintenance and ongoing improvements.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of multi-craft maintenance experience, strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-7 years of multi-craft maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics, prints, and technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of PLC systems (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and perform timely repairs.
• Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals to troubleshoot equipment.
• Install, modify, and repair machinery, components, and control systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to test equipment performance.
• Support equipment upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to resolve issues quickly.
