Job summary

Qualifications

• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to evaluate and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to perform under extreme stress when equipment fails.
• Core competencies: Electrical Systems, Controls, Mechanical Systems, Basic Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment (40%).
• Install, repair, or replace electrical devices (transformers, relays, breakers, switches).
• Maintain piping systems and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC-based automation.
• Maintain refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Monitor main electrical panel and energy use for efficiency.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (EPA/OSHA).
• Assist in project control and scheduling; monitor inventory.
