Qualifications

• 5+ years in an industrial environment.
• Machining and fabrication experience.
• Strong troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with electrical/mechanical presses, hydraulics, combustion.
• Mechanical tooling and die experience.
• Automation equipment experience.
• Experience with conveyors, gear drives, pumps, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Precision alignment using lasers and dial indicators.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety practices and wear PPE.
• Provide electrical/mechanical technical support to minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment.
• Maintain machines such as perforators, CNC turret presses, press brakes, routers, welders, drills, ovens.
• Repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems.
• Lead maintenance projects and system development.
• Organize maintenance area and manage work backlog.
