The position features a 12-hour night shift (2-2-3) with a pay range based on experience. The incumbent will read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to safety and JM policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-7 years of multi-craft maintenance experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to read schematics and prints.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and execute timely repairs.
• Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals to troubleshoot equipment.
• Install, modify, and repair machinery, components, and control systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to test equipment performance.
