Crystal Finishing Systems is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM) in Schofield, WI. The role focuses on keeping aluminum extrusion, fabrication, and industrial finishes equipment running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in industrial maintenance or an technical Associate’s degree, with strong electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, servo controls, and PLC knowledge. Welding and machining skills, plus hand/power tools, are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of industrial maintenance experience or an Associate’s Degree in a technical field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, servo controls, and PLCs.
• Proficiency in welding, machining, and using hand/power tools (own tools required).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and machine drive systems.
• Diagnose and modify PLC programs.
• Perform welding, machining, and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment runs efficiently.
• Assist with building maintenance, installations, and pipefitting.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
