Dessert Holdings is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for the Humble, TX night shift. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime in a 3rd shift environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, with PLC troubleshooting, 480V systems, VFDs, and sensors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with a strong electrical focus.
• Hands-on PLC troubleshooting in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting 480V electrical systems and VFDs.
• Must complete HACCP Certification.
• Must have Forklift License or obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and electrical systems.
• Read electrical diagrams, schematics, and OEM documentation for troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Lead maintenance for assigned area teams and support line centric initiatives.
• Ensure safety, food safety, SQF, HACCP, and GMP compliance.
