Job summary

Laphcc is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Kentucky facility. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of equipment to keep production running smoothly.

Expect strong mechanical and electrical duties, PLCs, hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and CMMS usage. The role requires night shift work (Mon-Fri, 3:30pm-12:00am) and a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
Comprehensive mechanical and electrical expertise including PLCs and hydraulic systems.
Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and industrial wiring.
Proven ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical).
Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, manuals and analysis.
Repair and maintain electrical systems including low/high voltage circuits with appropriate tools.
Conduct welding tasks per standards, ensuring safety and quality.
Operate field service equipment to access machinery.
Use CMMS to track work orders, history and inventory.
Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Support technical sales with maintenance/troubleshooting expertise.
Follow safety protocols for high voltage, electrical and HVAC/R systems.
Read schematics and control panel layouts for repairs.
