Job summary

PregisBethel, PA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech for a 7PM–7AM schedule (2-2-3). The role ensures proper function of production and packaging equipment, utilities and line support systems, with emphasis on preventive maintenance and safety.

You will troubleshoot PLCs, read schematics, and document work orders in CMMS. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and an associate/technical degree preferred; 1+ year experience in manufacturing maintenance and familiarity with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 1+ year manufacturing maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on production, packaging, processing equipment and utilities.
• Troubleshoot PLC and AC/DC drive systems to restore operation.
• On-call for emergency repairs as needed.
• Read procedures, manuals, and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Execute preventative maintenance and document results via CMMS.
• Maintain line and process systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Communicate issues across departments and with supervision.
• Complete paperwork accurately following SOPs.
