Job summary

Pregis is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Tech in Bethel, PA for a 7PM-7AM (2-2-3) shift. You will maintain production, packaging and processing equipment and utilities, troubleshoot PLC/AC/DC drives, and interpret schematics and work orders to keep lines running efficiently.

We value teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Requires 1+ year in manufacturing maintenance, a High School diploma or GED, and an associate degree is preferred. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or technical degree preferred in mechanics, electrical, or computer science.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production, packaging and processing equipment and utilities.
• Troubleshoot PLC and AC/DC drive systems.
• On-call for emergency repairs as needed.
• Read and interpret technical procedures, manuals, and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Complete and document work orders in CMMS.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow SOPs.
