Job summary

Altium Packaging in Verona, PA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 11pm–7:30am night shift. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, blow mold equipment, and related systems while enforcing GMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities include installing and adjusting blow mold tooling, replacing hoses, valves, and pumps, and troubleshooting equipment issues. RTW with overtime as needed; requires attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include basic math, basic computer skills and knowledge of pneumatics/hydraulics.
• Attention to detail is essential for maintenance tasks.
• Certification in OSHA or forklift operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and plant equipment.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizers and related equipment.
• Inspect and replace hoses, valves and pumps; perform mold/tooling changes as needed.
• Troubleshoot and locate root causes; operate blow mold or injection machines if required.
• Communicate with other departments; comply with safety standards and GMP.
