Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic III in Hot Springs Village, AR. The role offers a night shift (6:00 pm–6:30 am) on a 2-2-3 rotation with a base hourly rate of $40.82, plus $0.50 increases at 90 and 180 days and a $4,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

6%–8% shift differential applies; benefits include comprehensive health plans, 401K with match, ESPP, life and disability insurance, and more. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance and machine repair.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Welding experience and structural fabrication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections and complete repairs.
• Respond to and resolve equipment issues during production.
• Support equipment changeovers for smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems promptly.
• Maintain equipment to maximize reliability and product quality.
• Complete shift maintenance logs and safety checks.
