Job summary

Pitney Bowes Presort Services in Levittown, PA is seeking an onsite Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mail sort machinery including conveyors and PLC systems. The role runs Tuesday through Saturday nights, with a total hourly pay of $31 ($29 base + $2 differential).

You will perform mechanical and electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, read schematics, use a multi-meter, and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial equipment.
• Experience with conveyors and PLC-based systems is preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, or diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on industrial equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and installations on conveyors, drives, and PLC systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime using PM schedules and work orders.
