Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking an onsite Industrial Maintenance Technician for the Levittown, Pennsylvania Presort Services facility. The role pays $30 per hour total—$29 base plus a $1 per hour shift differential—and operates on 2nd shift (Tuesday–Saturday, 2:45 PM–11:15 PM EST).

Responsibilities include repairing conveyor machines and PLC systems, performing preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and using systems to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ direct experience troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial mechanical equipment.
• Strong familiarity servicing conveyer machines and PLC systems.
• Ability to read schematics and use testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex mechanical and electronic repairs on conveyor machines, PLCs and other production equipment.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance, and installs on industrial machinery.
• Complete preventative maintenance per quality standards and reduce downtime.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies promptly.
• Utilize inventory, PM schedules and work orders to track downtime and repairs.
