Job summary

Aerotek in Kenosha, WI is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for overnight production. This role fits a hands-on maintenance professional who can troubleshoot equipment, prioritize repairs, and help maintain safe, reliable operations during the night.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting failures during overnight operations, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems, replacing defective components, and documenting work

Qualifications

Previous industrial maintenance experience.
Ability to troubleshoot production machinery and interpret technical drawings.
Experience with motors, controls, sensors, conveyors, and power transmission components.
PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and maintain dependable overnight attendance.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot equipment failures and complete repairs during overnight operations.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspect equipment for wear or damage.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
Replace defective components and verify equipment operates properly after repairs.
Document completed work and communicate equipment status at shift change.
Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety requirements.
