Job summary

Grande Custom Ingredients Group is seeking a Maintenance I Associate in Fond du Lac, WI to support the safe and reliable operation of a dairy/food production facility. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and document activities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and 6 months of related maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) months of mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or related technical experience.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely use tools, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic equipment repairs.
• Willingness to develop advanced mechanical and electrical maintenance skills through on-the-job training.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and mathematical skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility and equipment maintenance.
• Support preventative maintenance by inspecting, lubricating, adjusting, and replacing components.
• Document maintenance activities and manage replacement part requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure safety compliance.
