Phoenix Stamping Group in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring an Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician to maintain automated manufacturing lines and drive up time and efficiency. You’ll work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, reading manuals and blueprints, and helping program and troubleshoot PLCs and robots to keep production stable.

The role involves installing new machinery, supporting continuous improvements, and adhering to safety standards and LOTO procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Background in industrial maintenance or related technical field.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting; automation experience is a big plus.
• Comfort with standard preventive maintenance routines.

Responsabilités

• Perform TPM checks to maximize machine uptime and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems quickly and accurately.
• Read equipment manuals and blueprints to plan repairs and preventative work.
• Program, adjust, and troubleshoot automation—robots, controls, and PLCs—to keep production stable.
• Install and commission new machinery and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
