Job summary

Phoenix Stamping Group is seeking an experienced 3rd shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and diagnostic maintenance on production equipment. The role requires mechanical, electrical, and automation skills, including robot programming and TPM activities.

The perfect candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in industrial maintenance, and a proven ability to read manuals and blueprints.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Industrial Maintenance or technical field.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills a plus.
• Well versed in standard preventative maintenance protocols.
• Proficient in use of hand tools, power tools, shop equipment and PPE.
• Proficient in metal cutting, welding, drilling and tapping.
• Working knowledge of PLC and relay logic control systems.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic devices and controls.
• Working knowledge of electrical distribution systems and LOTO procedures.
• Experience maintaining air compressors a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Support machine improvements and installation of new equipment.
• Utilize controls, robot programming, and automation experience.
• Perform TPM activities on workshop equipment.
• Read equipment manuals and blueprints to perform maintenance.
• Use hand and power tools and electrical meters safely.
• Follow OSHA and internal safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
