IntelliSource is hiring a full-time Industrial Equipment Mechanic for a night shift with a partner plant. You will diagnose, repair and maintain complex industrial equipment to keep production running smoothly overnight and support safety, reliability, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Routine maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Read and interpret manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and scheduled Preventive Maintenance on all industrial equipment, identifying potential issues before downtime.
• Executes advanced Troubleshooting techniques to diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions quickly and accurately.
• Repairs and maintains hydraulics and pneumatics systems, ensuring optimal fluid power and control.
• Works on industrial Electrical Systems, including motors, controls, wiring, and sensors, to restore full functionality.
• Conducts comprehensive Mechanical Repair, replacing worn components and aligning assemblies.
• Interprets Blueprint Reading, schematics and manuals to guide repairs and installations.
• Utilizes Diagnostic Tools to pinpoint equipment failures and verify repairs.
• Adheres to Safety Procedures and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols for a safe workplace.
• Documents maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
