IntelliSource is seeking a full-time Industrial Equipment Mechanic to join our partner's team for a night shift in Kansas. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex machinery to keep production running through the night.

This role requires performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical repairs, with strong adherence to safety procedures and LOTO.

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive maintenance on complex industrial equipment.
• Skilled in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Strong documentation of maintenance activities.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Repair hydraulics and pneumatics systems to restore function.
• Maintain electrical systems including motors, controls, wiring, and sensors.
• Document maintenance activities and parts used.
• Follow safety procedures and apply LOTO when required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs routine and scheduled Preventive Maintenance on all industrial equipment, identifying potential issues before they cause downtime.
• Executes advanced Troubleshooting techniques to diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions quickly and accurately.
• Repairs and maintains intricate Hydraulics and Pneumatics systems, ensuring optimal fluid power and control.
• Works on industrial Electrical Systems, including motors, controls, wiring, and sensors, to restore full functionality.
• Conducts comprehensive Mechanical Repair, replacing worn components, rebuilding assemblies, and ensuring precision alignment.
• Interprets and applies information from Blueprint Reading, schematics, and technical manuals to guide repairs and installations.
• Utilizes a variety of Diagnostic Tools to pinpoint equipment failures and verify repairs.
• Adheres strictly to all Safety Procedures and protocols, including implementing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all.
• Prioritizes repair tasks and makes independent decisions regarding the most effective and efficient solutions for equipment issues.
• Documents all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
