Job summary

Lyons Magnus, LLC is seeking an Industrial Electrical & Controls Technician for our Walton, KY facility. The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and improving electrical and automated control systems to keep production reliable and compliant with GMP and safety standards.

The technician will work on PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and control panels while supporting startups, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Shift options include nights, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls.
• Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
• Reading electrical schematics and ladder logic.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and automated control systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform preventive maintenance.
• Install and test motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
• Support 24/7 operations with off-hours coverage.
• Follow GMP, food safety, and safety procedures.
