Lyons Magnus is seeking an Industrial Electrical & Controls Technician to troubleshoot, repair and improve electrical and automated control systems in a food manufacturing setting. The role supports production by increasing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and ensuring GMP compliance.

Responsibilities include installing and testing drives, sensors, and panels, reading schematics, and performing root-cause analysis on downtime events.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and motor controls.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi or similar).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E and electrical safe work practices.
• Experience in 24/7 manufacturing environments preferred.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Diagnose failures and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and test motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
• Read schematics, ladder logic, and technical manuals.
• Support startup, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
