Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical maintenance in a manufacturing facility.
• Preferred: some college or formal technical schooling.
• Experience with electrical and controls troubleshooting in an industrial setting (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs).

Responsibilities

• Run conduit and wiring per specifications and complete terminations.
• Troubleshoot and repair single and 3-phase power electrical and controls systems.
• Calibrate and set up instrumentation devices and transmitters.
• Read and interpret factory manuals, blueprints, schematics, P&IDs, and related diagrams.
• Practice troubleshooting with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo controllers, and related hardware.
• Identify aging/obsolete automation hardware and suggest improvements.
• Follow GMPs and safety procedures including Lock-Out/Tag-Out and arc flash.
• Document maintenance actions in CMMS and analyze downtime causes.
