Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Electrician Technician with 5-10 years of experience to maintain electrical and automation systems in a manufacturing setting. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize single- and three-phase power distribution, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and instrumentation while following strict safety standards.

The role requires night shifts (5:45 PM - 6:15 AM) and pays $34.45-$38.70/hour with a $2.00/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–10 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, controls, and automation equipment.
• Ability to read/read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams and P&IDs.
• Read/interpret technical manuals for maintenance and repairs.
• Support plant reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate CMMS to document maintenance activities and work orders.
