Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience in food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data analysis and reporting
• Experience using Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Experience with SWIFT inventory or warehouse management systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Applicants will be required to pass an Excel skills assessment

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory control, and team performance
• Ensure inbound shipments are processed accurately and efficiently per procedures
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and investigations
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety metrics
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance and attendance
• Coordinate with transportation, customer service, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare and analyze operational reports using advanced Excel
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and service levels
• Maintain compliance with GMPs, OSHA, and handling requirements
