Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Train and hold team members accountable to Target’s standards.
• Review area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Lead a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent.
• Ensure product is available for purchase and maintain backroom readiness.
• Assist the direct leader in workload planning, scheduling, and process improvements.
• Build and develop GM Experts from onboarding to ongoing training with feedback.
