Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Multispecialty Care team at St John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. This RN role covers nights (7pm-7am), 36 hours per week, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and compensation aligned with experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Support the IMC team during night shifts and ensure patient safety and comfort.
