Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks an RN for the Multispecialty Care team at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers who coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.

Licensed RN in state of practice with BLS required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. Schedule is Nights, 36 hrs/wk, 7pm-7am, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000. Compensation aligns with experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• RN licensure in state of practice required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Nursing core function within the CVCU department.
• Schedule includes nights, 7pm–7am, 36 hrs/week.
