Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical Surgical team at St. Francis Hospital in Illinois. This full-time night shift (7:00pm-7:30am) includes every 3rd weekend rotation.

Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for experienced RNs. State licensure as RN required with BLS; BSN preferred. Responsibilities include providing compassionate patient care, coordinating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and educating patients and families on

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and eligible for licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification/requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and nursing support.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
• Supervise assigned nursing staff.
